Dear Racing Friends:  Due to the COVID-19 virus and the State limit to 50 people I feel it is in our best interest to cancel the Peach Bowl Speedway Reunion this year.  We have been lucky for 31 years not to have a cancellation.  I hope by this time next year things will be back to normal and we can resume our reunions.  We have lost several of our Peach Bowl Speedway drivers this past year.  They all attended our reunions at on time or another.  Freddy Fryar, Jack Evans, Gerald Duke, Leon Sells, Gene Felton, and Claud Mauldin.  If you are not a member of the Georgia Automobile Racing Hall of Fame Association I encourage you to join and help this association keep the history of racing in Georgia alive and in print.  They publish four copies of the Pioneer Pages magazine each year featuring articles about former and current drivers, owners, mechanics, tracks, etc.  The annual fee is only $25.00.  To join simply put a check in the mail for $25.00 to GARHOFA at P O Box 491, Kennesaw, GA 30156.  For current members annual dues are now.  I really appreciate all those that supported our reunions over the years to help keep the memory of the Peach Bowl Speedway alive.  In August of 1971 the last race ran there so in August of 2021 it will have been closed 50 years.  For most of us drivers that competed there this Speedway was the most enjoyable part of our racing career.  Have a Happy New Year and stay safe from this virus and look forward to seeing you in January of 2022.  Jack Jackson
