Former President of the Georgia Automobile Racing Hall of Fame Association Inc. and team owner, J. Marvin Mills, 88, of Columbus, GA passed away March 11, 2023. Marvin was the owner of a NASCAR team from the 1972-1973 seasons . His drivers were John Sears, Ed Negre, and Jim Vandiver. RIP dear friend!
