1980 NDRA race at Rome. This was the first and only race with owner Russell Lee of Chattanooga, TN. Bud would win this race, but the team split after that night.
It is believed this photo was taken at the old Banks County Speedway.

While definately 1975, the track has been disputed as to whether it Is Hartwell or Lavonia Speedways.
